About the Event
- How do you self-care? Self-care looks different for everyone. There’s no one perfect method for self care but many good ones. If we bring our own self care methods to the table, we can help our peers and community become more complete and lift each others’ well being. How do you self-care?
- Selected self-care submissions will be manufactured, promoted online and/or offline, to share with the wider community. It will also be show cased in public venues such as libraries during the Mental Health Awareness Month of September.
- There are $100 awards for 2 teams and $50 awards for 4 teams (selected winners).
