Contest Guidelines
Selection Criteria And Judging Panel
For judging, entries will be divided into two age groups:

Year 9 to 10

Year 11 to 13
The Winner will have the highest score, judged as follows:​

40% originality and creativity
-
40% clarity and coherence of content
-
20% adherence to the topic, self-care

The Judging panel comprises a Mental Health Professional, a Henderson High School personnel, a member of Reconnect and public voting (medium TBC), each contributing 25% to the final score.
The winners will be announced on this webpage on 27th May 2024 (the date is subject to change following circumstances).
Prizes
Juniors (Year 9-10)

First place - One team - $100 each member

Seniors (Year 11-13)​

The Fine Print

Entries are only open for Year 9-13 of Henderson High School students.

Only one entry per an individual or a group participant (max 4 in a group).

Submitted work must be original and must not have been published anywhere else. Any entries found to have been written by AI software will be disqualified.

The judges are thrilled to look into entries but unable to provide feedback on individual entries. Their decision is final.
